Reviewed Rentals (a UK limited company registration is in progress; this page will be updated with the registered company name, number and address once incorporated).

Reviewed Rentals is free for tenants. You may read reviews, search for landlords and properties, and submit reviews of tenancies you have personally held. You must be 18 or over to submit a review.

When you submit a review you confirm that:

• You have personally rented the property, or are currently renting it.
• Everything you write is your honest, first-hand experience and, so far as you know, factually accurate.
• You are describing the landlord's or agent's conduct in their business capacity — not their private life, family, appearance, ethnicity, religion, health or any other special category information.
• You are not including personal data about other people, such as neighbours or other tenants.
• You are not posting abuse, threats, discriminatory content, or allegations of criminal conduct that you cannot substantiate.
• You are not submitting the review on behalf of a competitor, or in exchange for payment.
• Any photos you upload are your own, show the property or its condition, and contain no people.

Every review is checked before publication. We may edit for clarity, decline to publish, annotate, or remove any review at our discretion — including where a landlord or agent successfully disputes it. Automated screening flags profanity, suspected AI-generated text and unsafe images for human review.

Because we do not operate tenant accounts, published reviews cannot be edited by the author. Contact us from the email address you verified with to request an update or removal.

You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you upload. By submitting them you give Reviewed Rentals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content on the site and in related material, for as long as it remains published.

Reviews are the personal opinions and experiences of individual tenants, not statements of fact by Reviewed Rentals, and they are not legal or financial advice. We take reasonable care with moderation but we cannot guarantee that every review is accurate or complete. You should make your own enquiries before entering into a tenancy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviewed Rentals is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions go to hello@reviewedrentals.com.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
